5.2 Cu. Ft. Total Capacity shared between two equal-sized ovens provides extra space and the flexibility to cook multiple dishes at different temperatures. At 2.6 cu. ft. capacity each, both ovens provide plenty of room to cook a large roast.

Five-Level Rack Support (Both Ovens) inside both ovens makes it easy to rearrange two oven racks, adding flexibility for a variety of cooking adventures. Sturdy ladder rack supports let you choose from five height positions.

Flush Installation Option provides a seamless built-in look, so your style stands out, not the appliance. This option allows the oven door to sit flush with surrounding cabinet fronts when closed.

PrintShield™ Finish resists smudges and fingerprints. The specialized coating for stainless steel is easy to clean with just water and a soft cloth, so you can spend more time cooking and less time cleaning up.

Self-Cleaning Cycle (Upper Oven Only) uses high temperatures to loosen baked-on food residue in the upper oven cavity without the need for harsh chemical cleaners. After running this cycle, give the inside of the oven a wipe down with a damp cloth.

Self-Close Doors feature specialized hinges that make it easy to shut the oven when your hands are full. Just give either door a nudge, and it will gently close itself.

Smart Appliance gives you control of your oven in or out of the kitchen. Remotely monitor and control this oven with the KitchenAid™ App* or with simple voice commands through your Google Assistant or an Alexa-enabled device, leaving your hands free to create.**

*Appliance must be set to remote enable. Wi-Fi & App required. Features subject to change. For details and privacy info, visit kitchenaid.com/connect (USA) or kitchenaid.ca/connect (Canada).

Touchscreen Controls feature a 3.5" full-color LCD display, making it easy to see and select cooking modes, set cook times and temperatures, connect your mobile device to control the oven from outside the kitchen and even download future feature updates.*

Trim Kit Included for easy replacement of an existing 24" KitchenAid® Wall Oven without changing your cutout.

True Convection uses a hidden heating element and fan to circulate hot air throughout the entire oven while baking or roasting. This provides consistent temperatures for delicious cookies and pastries; juicy, well-browned roasts; and flavorful caramelized vegetables.

Receive up to a $4000 rebate with purchase of qualifying KitchenAid Appliances. Rebate form must be postmarked by 1/30/2027.

Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Double oven is a LEMON

LewG 8/3/2026

This is the worst appliance I have ever owned. The problems began once the double oven was installed. Whenever the broiler was used the cooling fan came on after a few minutes and the fan screeched and din't stop until after the unit had cooled down, normally 10 minutes after it was turned off. This happened in both the upper and lowe ovens. And getting service to correct the problem was a nightmare with Whirlpool's contracte service. It took 3 visits before new cooling fans were installed and then the same thing happened again. It's now clear that the cooling fan problem is a systemic design fault and that the KitchenAid double oven is a LEMON. Now the upper oven door doesn't close properly. It's supposed to close when the door is opened and then released, which it used to do before the cooling fans were replaced. Now it "almost" closes but there is a switch that needs to be contacted and that doesn't happen until one manually pushes the door. If this is not done, whatever function is being used (broil, oven, convection oven, etc) stops and won't continue until manual intervention. Finally, the touch screen requires 6 or 7 tries before the system responds. All this in an appliance that cost $4K and another $500 to install. In short, after 3 months of use of this brand new appliance, the double oven is a piece of garbage and the warranty service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Don't buy this oven

Linkmom 7/11/2026

OMG I wish I had read past reviews! I bought this oven based on my local appliance dealer's suggestion. It has been a TRUE nightmare. Bought in February, and like previous comments did not realize it would require a new interior bracket due to it being two separate ovens, not one solid unit. Temperature was WAY off and would not even hold at the desired setting. After almost 4 months of repeated "repairs" and jumping through numerous hoops, Whirlpool finally sent me a new oven. This one is still not holding temps very well, especially for baking, but I'm giving up at this point. And, like previous commenters noted, the inside is SMALLER than necessary due to brackets encroaching on the oven space. I cannot use a standard-sized cookie sheet, nor most of my roasting pans. Someone needs to tell the designer and/or manufacturer that this is a completely bad design and stupidly done. Whoever designed this must not ever really use it. DO NOT buy this oven!

Keep Away

Matt55* 5/21/2026

We have had nothing but trouble with these ovens. We have only had them for just over a year and they have broken several times. One broke again yesterday. So a little update, the tech came round and we have to spend another $600 to have the oven fixed. Close to $4,000 and these ovens have been a disaster. Also worth mentioning is for everyone to have a look at the KitchenAid response to all these negative reviews. Their couldn't care at all response...please contact us on Facebook or Instagram is a great example of a company that just wants you to go away. I have reached out to them on Instagram let's see their response, please contact us on Facebook is my guess. Past behavior indicates future behavior, their product's are bad and their customers service is non existent.

Not impressed for the price paid.

Greg's Not Impressed 4/23/2026

I bought this double oven from Home Depot. There are not many 24" wall ovens available and this appeared to be the best of the three available. When they were first powered up after the electrician ran a new line, the top oven worked fine, but the bottom oven came up with an error. It took several calls, long wait times with no callbacks to get in touch with Kitchenaid to have a technician come look at this oven. The first visit took 2 hours with no solution other than scratching the cabinet. Three weeks later, they came back and replaced the wiring harness and computer board to get it to work. I went almost 6 weeks to get both ovens running! Quality wise, they are not high end. The racks and supports feel flimsy and cheap. You cannot just set a temp and go, as you have to wait for the warm-up to finish to set in your cook time. The only way around this is a preprogrammed cook time. They now work okay, but honestly are not nearly as good as the 35 year old wall ovens that they replaced. Also, the rebate program was a waste of postage as it was returned marked as PO Box Closed. This was a month before the end date of the promotion. Overall, I am not impressed with this oven or the other matching Kitchenaid appliances we bought to update the kitchen.

Inconsistent oven turns off while cooking

Lacc 3/10/2026

Hello. I purchased the double oven as I have had great experience with Kitchen Aid. However the performance is inconsistent. Cooking a pie and the oven turned off then showed error (disappeared quickly so unable to take a picture of it). Was able to turn it in to complete baking. More than once we remove something to test if it was done and oven turned off I assume I didn™€™t respond quickly enough but never had an oven turned off so quickly. I don™€™t like that I don™€™t have the ability to set the temperature. Must select the cooking options 325 350 375, etc. two weeks ago. Turned off oven. Heard the cooling fan which went off then turned back on it has a mind of its own. Had to search for someone to install it as the original installers couldn™€™t figure it out.

Epic failure

Tessa171 8/17/2025

I cannot believe you produced an electric double wall oven without a duct system to vent hot air into the attic or outside wall instead of venting heat into the kitchen!! It™€™s awful. Anything you can do about the venting? Had I known this ahead of buying it, I wouldn™€™t have bought it. Also the interior space is so small because of the extended chrome pieces that hold the racks in place, we lose at least 2™€ from the interior. I had have to buy new pans. Heating™€¦.i have to set temp 100 degrees hotter to get correct cooking temp. pans to fit the ovens. is so small, I need to buy new roasting pans, cookie sheets, etc.

Avoid this product

E. Scottpwrs 8/13/2025

First let me be clear: I have no issue with PC Richard. They have always treated us well and this purchase was no exception. Unfortunately, like us consumers, PC Richard is stuck having to accept whatever appliances the manufacturers decide to produce. Frankly, KitchenAid should be ashamed to sell this oven, especially at the price that was charged. We needed to replace our 28-year-old KitchenAid 24-inch double oven (Model # KEBS247DBL). Its control board failed and was no longer available. In order to avoid a costly kitchen remodel to fit a 30-inch double oven we decided to purchase this model. We were not able to see it in person; we had to rely on pictures from the internet. They hid this ovens flaws quite well. Our previous KEBS247DBL oven was a scaled down version of KitchenAid™€™s 30-inch model. That meant it did lack some features. Only the upper oven had convection cooking but both ovens were self-cleaning. And the oven was very robust with heavy gauge racks that when extended could support a 25-pound turkey in a roaster without any strain. And the doors were able to handle the load as well. We expected similar performance from this model. We were very disappointed. The racks are half the gauge of the older model and sag under even a modest load. The doors are flimsy, and I am certain that a large turkey in a roaster would break them. The sidewalls are of thinner metal construction leading to the impression of a very fragile cabinet. And where the older model had the support rails for the rack™€™s integral to the heavy gauge steel sidewalls this model KODC504PPS has thin gauge rails screwed into the thin sidewalls, making the racks even less sturdy. Any load on an extended rack causes the support rails to flex, making things even less stable and I believe quite dangerous as it would be easy to overload the rack and rail and dump a very hot dish onto the front of the person using the oven. To add to this, the interior volume of this model KODC504PPS is less than that of the older model KEBS247DBL. This means that the internal width is about 3/4 inch less, which means that most our roasting pans will not fit in this oven. And I doubt it could fit a 25-pound turkey even if we had a pan that will fit. I think that size turkey would hit the upper heating element. We would be lucky to fit a 15-pound bird. Along with this, only the upper oven has a self-cleaning option whereas the older model self-cleaned both ovens. Another issue is that this so-called double oven really is two separate ovens. Yes, two independent ovens each with their own control panel. This means that the controls for the lower oven are located about 1 inch below the height of the kitchen counter. Due to this design in order to use the lower oven one must crouch down the access the panel. I™€™m sure this saved KitchenAid money, but makes using the lower oven very difficult, especially if you have bad knees due to arthritis. Seems that no thought was given to ease of use by less than limber consumers. Finally, KitchenAid charges almost as much for this oven as they do for the much better designed and more robust 30-inch models. It is not worth the price. It seems the goal is to drive consumers to the 30-inch models. We are reluctantly going to investigate modifying our kitchen to accept a 30-inch model oven. We did not want the expense just now, but the poor design of this oven has given us incentive to make the changes. Given that model KODC504PPS is both impractical and possibly dangerous, we have little choice. Our hope is to sell this model to a used appliance store and make back a small portion of the far too large purchase price. Do not buy this product. Rework your kitchen instead.

this 2-section wall oven and it™€™s been nothing but trouble. The top oven can™€™t even connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and the bottom oven is worse™€"it constantly restarts the software. I™€™ve tried a full power-off reset, but it didn™€™t help at all. I opened a support ticket, but even after that, I haven™€™t been able to get any real help or resolution. For the price, I expected reliability and better customer service, but instead I™€™m stuck with a barely functional oven

Poor replacement of a very good previous version.

Oven complaint/review 8/9/2025

Separate control panel is inconvenient compared to previous version. Smaller than previous version, so some routine pans can no longer be used. Self-clean function is practically useless - won't clean anything from the inside door glass even at the highest setting. Wire shelf supports must be removed before cleaning. This is a poor replacement of a previously good product. I would not recommend it.

Inoperative oven

Frustrated Ed 7/14/2025

Why would any manufacture ship a product that doesn't work. First it was the fan making noise and then it fell off when the repair person opened the cover. Second the bake cycle temperature would not operate correctly. Preheat was lower than registered and the back temperature was lower than indicated. Service call indicated it was a printed circuit board which is ON BACKORDER. How could you run a manufacturing business and not know when you are getting parts. Service calls are weeks of waiting.

Unfortunately, the first oven I received was defective. However, the appliance store did procure a second oven that functioned properly. The broiler is very effective and the convection aspect is great. I just hope it has longevity.

Problems from the start with the touch screen which failed to work when normal use. There is always steam emanating from the ovens and dampens the screen . Once damp, it stops working. Got the screens replaced and now waiting to determine if that will resolve the problem . A second issue is that the oven in unevenly heating and the right side is hotter than the left.

Great Double Wall Oven!

john7 5/4/2025

Excellent double oven overall! Many high end features such as WiFi operation, assisted cooking, cooking modes, touch screen, etc. The ovens look great and professional in our kitchen. This double oven is actually two separate ovens with separate electric wiring, two separate digital clocks. Set up of the WiFi features was relatively simple and uses Kitchenaid app that you can use remotely. The ovens look great is also easy to clean.

Unreliable temps, overly complicated, no suuport

nan321 10/29/2024

I bought this double oven a month ago, and find it far too complicated. It was purchased to replace a very old and reliable KitchenAid double oven. I find the manual not very helpful, and when I tried to call KtichenAid for customer assistance (which the manual says you provide), I could not get past interminable voice mail prompts and an incredibly long hold with awful music. I cannot figure out how to get the oven to a temp above about 350 degrees: while the electronic readout says it has reached the desired temp (say 375 or 425), in fact my trusty oven thermometer says it is about 75 degrees lower than the readout. And if I'm doing something wrong (entirely possible), I can't figure out what it is. As an experienced cook and baker, I find this unacceptable. Do I have to use "convection broil" or "convection roast" simply to do a basic procedure like roasting a chicken? And why do you offer customer assistance if you don't provide it? I have always been pleased with KitchenAid products, but if I could, I'd return this double oven. Very unhappy with it and its supposed customer help.

Factory defect 9/11/2024

Very disappointed at this company and this appliance. The motor went bad after two months of use. It™€™s unsafe and scary to have it. And use it again. Instead of changing this oven all together They™€™re changing the motor. It™€™s bizarre and ridiculous to have to fix it after only two months. I™€™m actually afraid for my family to have this oven at home. Kitchen aid with such power and being a big company it™€™s even hard to believe that™€™s you™€™re thinking about fixing this. Rather just changing this wall oven. Only been used for two months. I should say. It™€™s a factory defect and you have to step up and do what you have to. It™€™s aggrevating to have to do this

We bought this oven / ovens a year ago and had them installed October 2023. We have had problems with them regarding the fan which broke off after a few months, rendering us angle to use it until it was fixed. Exactly the same thing has happened a second time and we are obviously very frustrated. We had to wait over 2 weeks for a repair technician to come out and he was unable to fix it due to the part being on back order. It has been nearly 3 weeks since that visit and we have heard nothing - and are still unable to use the oven. Needless to say we do not recommend this product.

Issues with doors closing.

BG144 7/23/2024

I noticed a month or so, after the oven was installed, that neither door closed completely on one side. Kitchenaid sent a repairman, who replaced the hinges, but it made no difference, We then noticed that each door was slightly warped. Really these doors should be replaced. It is a new oven and I don't know if the doors are affecting anything, but I would think Kitchenaid wants their new products to be perfect. this one isn't.

Don™€™t waste your money!

FoFFIE 7/22/2024

We purchased these ovens to replace a very tired old single oven. We had the granite countertop modified and had a new cabinet constructed to hold the new appliance. Add to that the cost of the ovens and we have spent a bundle. The ovens are good looking and I was teased over my excitement at having them installed. We purchased KitchenAid on the recommendation of a relative and I wish we had paid more attention to reviews. From the beginning, there were issues and repair techs visited often and replaced many parts with no success. Nothing was resolved. We purchased from Lowe™€™s and their customer service was remarkable. We felt we just got a ™€œlemon™€ and Lowe™€™s agreed to REPLACE the ovens. THEY DID and what was installed has ALL OF THE SAME ISSUES. THE OVENS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE GARBAGE. I am an 82 year old who has baked all my life, so contrary to what a repairman suggested, I understand baking and all that™€™s necessary for success. I expect an oven to preheat quickly (to the set temperature). The beep to let you know the oven is preheated is a joke since it sounds way before it reaches the requested temp. And, sometimes, I find I must set the temp 10 degrees over the desired temp to reach what I need. When baking, precise temps are essential and I want even heat (cookies at the back right corner of the tray shouldn™€™t brown first).- and if I open the door and quickly spin the tray, trying for consistency, heat is lost and there is no quick recovery. Before I can place the next tray into the oven, I have to turn the oven off and reset it to more than what I need to compensate for the heat loss when I open the door. Now, wait several minutes for the reheat. Sometimes the temp recovers, sometimes not. This song and dance gets old when trying to get through a day of baking. It™€™s not so bad when roasting meats and veg (just try not to open the door, because I™€™d need to reset). Trying to bake pizzas requires the reset dance, as well. It™€™s all extremely frustrating. These ovens are WAY Overpriced.

Poor quality & performance

angryman 7/12/2024

Bought oven 18 months ago. Oven has never worked correctly; take more than 10 minutes to reach 350 degrees even after replacing Controller. Original oven out of box was out of alignment; had to wait 2 months for replacement. Very unhappy & dissatisfied after paying $4000.

Disappointed-doesn't heat properly

susanlk 6/14/2024

I had this product installed in May 2023. It does not heat up to the designated temp. For example, the internal temp is only 275 when it says it's at the 350 set temp. It takes another 20-30 minutes to get to the designated temp. The oven is used infrequently. Disappointing that I have to pay for a service call and possibly parts, one month after the warranty expired.

We bought this oven after our Original Double Oven from1999 failed . We have not been disappointed. My wife is easily intimidated with new technology and has had No problem whatsoever, figuring features out on this . We love it !

Double Oven?????

DRN2024 2/24/2024

Happy with the ovens. I would suggest that if you advertise it as a DOUBLE oven then it should be NOT two single ovens. I had to pay for 2 oven installations since it came in two pieces. Why don't you just joint the two into a true DOUBLE oven????

Faulty product from factory

Unhappy oven owner 2/18/2024

Bought oven in December ,used for 4 weeks and food was not getting done. Called for service, three days later tech came out. Tech advised he needed parts, of course parts are on back order! Also asked tech to check bottom oven and he flat out refused to! Scheduled another service appointment to check bottom oven, appointment was set, two hours later I get an email / text cancelling appointment for checking the bottom oven because the parts ordered were not in yet! Spent $3700. On a double oven and two months after installation still no working oven! Frustrating!!

Adequate and works.

PaulSD 2/16/2024

Overall, we like the ovens. I say "ovens" because these are two identical ovens, not connected in any way. Two control panels, two clocks, etc. Our biggest complaint is that they are small. Smaller than the oven they replace. The way the ovens install, there is 5 inches of wasted space that could have been "oven". Our large cookie sheets don't fit. They cook beautifully, we like the WiFi feature and find it handy. To date I have found no way to calibrate the oven temperature but so far that hasn't been needed. Our house is an older home, so 24" is what fits. Only 4 available ovens in that size. I'm astounded at the price of these things.

malfunctioned out of the box.

George01 1/31/2024

Purchased the KitchenAid 24" Smart Double Wall Oven with True Convection from a respected local family-owned "store front" appliance business. This product replaced a 24" double Thermador wall oven that had been in use for 63 years. Yes, 63 years. Less than two months ago, the product was carefully installed in the existing cabinetry and looks great. But the looks are deceiving. This product (both ovens) has not heated properly since first calibrated at installation, nor following the local technical support staff's two subsequent determined efforts, even in consultation with KitchenAid's own support staff. It is well known that when there are multiple part failures "out of the box"; especially as here, where dependent upon electronic computerized control boards; replacement of the product is preferable to replacement of several of its component parts. Since we experienced electronic parts failure out of the box; we requested that KitchenAid replace the product. However, KitchenAid Customer Support insists to our local retailer that it will send replacement parts consisting of control boards, heating elements, and a sensor rather than to replace the ovens. We have paid the retail dealer for the product who would very willingly replace it and leave us out of adjustments with the manufacturer; but it is not an inventory product. Their recourse is through a hierarchy of distributor representative, distributor contact with Manufacturer's Representative and on up the ladder to the manufacturer's customer service complaint resolution team. We further note that at first, moisture condensed on the inside glass during baking. Now, bursts of steam hit your face when the oven doors are open to remove anything. This is obviously a venting malfunction but "team support" offered no calibrations to prevent scalding from a steam burst when an oven door is opened. Customer online support protocol is very difficult to navigate. The chat feature is AI based, and after three hours I was unable to set up case with a robot or a live person. While the product looks great, and we were very impressed with the enhanced features for this new model; it does not hold up to the Kitchen Aid brand expectations of quality, quality control, and customer service.

READ reviews people! Size Matters!

Size Matters 11/3/2023

Wish we had read the reviews before purchase. Similar to another review, we also had a 24" KitchenAid double wall oven. We loved it and when it died we replace it with KitchenAid again. Upon delivery/installation, we learned that this is two separate units and that the interior dimensions are drastically smaller. The interior space is compounded even more with the design of how the racks slide into the oven eating up another 1" to 1 1/2" on either side. We can not use our cookie sheets, our roasting pan, and some of our all clad pans. Very aggravating! We were so excited and now we really have a sour taste in our mouth. NOT a fan of the new design!

Misleading specs

Dr. Morre 9/20/2023

We replaced excellent 25-year-old Kitchenaid double wall oven with this one, constrained by location between door and window so couldn't go to 27 or 30 inch size. None of your specs or information reveal this is 2 separate units, a real pain to install, and interior is only 18 inches wide!!! So much smaller than old 24-inch unit our roasting pan and cookie sheets won't fit inside! Will a Thanksgiving turkey fit? We would never have bought this if we had known these two things. Big disappointment.

Install nightmare / Poor Website information

keith02 9/1/2023

I've never spent this much money on an appliance to be disappointed with the install experience and lack of thought by the manufacturer...I wanted to have a product for which I could give 5 stars! You need to download the install instructions to understand this is 2 SEPARATE ovens because the pictures on the website will make you believe this is one appliance. That is probably good for future maintenance/replacement if 1 fails but made the install very tricky. I needed 2 separate crews (which were Kitchen Aid vendors) and needed to participate and have a supervisor come out subsequently because of the confusion of the instructions. The first crew left because they said the junction box needed to be in the center of the opening (it did not--I paid to have it installed it per the spec on the instructions which I downloaded in advance from the website). They also stated I needed TWO outlet boxes of 110v even though I paid an electrician to I install the specified 220 on the website and instructions! I called my electrician back to check what they said and he stated the appliance was indeed 220 and that the procedure was to put the upper oven in first and connect it and then the lower over (The instructions said this but the Kitchen Aid crews were each clueless). The first crew also stated the opening needed a 1"x4" cleat for the provided metal bracket to hold the oven...this later turned out to be wrong as well. I had to have my cabinet maker measure the supplied screws to prove they were fine and no other modification was needed I requested another install and stated I needed a seasoned crew. The crew came out and told me the same as the first. They also stated this was their first time installing it. I had them call a supervisor to explain my problems as well as the order of sequences (put in the first lower oven, mount the metal bracket for the second one, take out the lower oven, mount the top oven and connect the power, and then connect power to lower oven). The crew said they understood and then started doing it the wrong way. The instructions also stated it was required to remove the oven door of the lower oven. The crew did not know how to do this...I suggested youTube and they looked at me like an alien. I went on youTube and found a video to show them...crazy. Too long of a story but I watched/directed/assisted for over 2 hours to get both put in and connected. They did not wipe down, clean or set up the appliance. The final 'kick' was the mounting screws in the oven which secure the appliance(s) to the cabinet were put in and the guys left...I should have checked that the ovens were secure. I opened the door when i was setting up the wifi and realized neither screw was drilled into the wood! The cabinet cut out width per the Kitchen Aid guide states 22 5/8"....the space between the screw holes which are supposed to secure this is 22 5/8" so the screws will not bit into the wood.....a major mistake with the instructions. A supervisor came out the next day to go over all of this and apologize but could not figure a workaround for the set screws. I called Kitchen Aid to state this and have a case number but am doubtful I will be contacted regarding these issues as I really don't want someone else to experience this frustration which should be addressed at the vendor level as well as in the product/install guides. Be forewarned about this process :) I purchased it as it was the only 24" double which required the least modification by my cabinet maker to an existing install (it replaced a 30 year old Jennair and no other models fit the opening)

KitchenAid 24™€ double wall oven

Just purchased & preheat buzzes in about 5 minutes to say it™€™s preheated & it™€™s no where near preheated. Timer buzzer isn™€™t loud enough nor long enough to be of help. AND temp does not reach desired temp™€"-about 25 to 50 degrees lower than set at.

Disappointed

Irked 8/7/2023

Due to cut out size, I had to replace our Thermador 24" Dbl ovens with Kitchenaid. The oven cavity space is significantly less than the Thermador the Kitchenaid replaced. And now, after only six (6) weeks of use, a food particle is lodged BETWEEN the glass oven window panes marring the visual appearance of the Kitchenaid.
